Australian sugar industry training - development of factory training modules - phase 2

This project will extend the number of on-line training courses available for operator training in Australian sugar factories through the industry's learning management system. The new courses, which will be mapped to the national competencies, will include juice clarification (covering primary and secondary heating, liming, flocculation, flashing and clarification), mud filtration, evaporation, evaporator cleaning and crystallisation.
