Analysis and benchmarking Australian seaweed for use in health products

Australian marine plants, comprising seaweed and algae, are incredibly diverse and contain bio actives with proven benefits for nutritional health. This investment will identify species that have nutritional bio actives or other benefits that could be adapted as health supplements, vitamins and skin care products. The investment will utilise a commercial approach to determine potential path to market, market need and demand in identifying potential candidates for further commercial assessment.
