A model for business continuity to manage the social and economic impacts of pest incursions (PBRI)
This project supports the development of a model for business continuity to manage the social and economic impacts of pest incursions.
The model will provide:

clarity on effective messaging and support for business during an incursion;

clarity on stakeholder input processes to incursion response plans;

a prepared business plan to support business continuity during an incursion; and
-
awareness and understanding of biosecurity response activities, faster decision-making and reduced business losses during incursion management.
