Workforce Attraction - Pathways and Resources

To ensure the Australian dairy industry has the labour force it needs to underpin farm sector development, this project will create frameworks and resources to support the delivery of pre-employment experiences for jobseekers to connect with dairy farm businesses, and provide national support to build the recruitment skills of farmers.
