The founders of Indyn have more than 20 years experience in machine vision as it applies to industrial processes. Indyn has been formed to leverage that experience in the agribiz sector.

Grains and cereals are natural products that present unique problems to vision based inspection. The Platypus platform has been developed to overcome these issues by using current photonics and deep learning technologies.

Indyn works with industry via Grain Trade Australia and Government research centres such as Agriculture Victoria to build systems that can overcome the issues inherent inspection and grading of natural products like grains.

Indyn has also developed a strong relationship with the Deptartment of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries in the development of a system to ensure biosecurity objectives are achieved both inbound and outbound.
