Immediate target customers are medium to large fresh produce pack sheds.

CELLYSIS vaporises to the gas phase ANZFA approved biocides (oxidants and acids) and partitions these gaseous biocides to the foods surface without detriment to the food. Achieving minimum four log reductions of pathogens.

Food Safety increases for many perishable foods increase the shelf life in the range 100% to 400% resulting in substantial reductions in Food Waste.

Pilot plant has proven multi-vapor phase theory and provisional patent lodged. Now seeking investment for first commercial customer installation. Then we have an American company with a global footprint ready to buy in.
