Next Instruments: CropScanAg - investment and strategic partnership opportunity

Opportunity for
- Farm machinery equipment manufacturers and distribution seeking strategic partnership and equity investment opportunitiesÂ
^This opportunity is only for professional and sophisticated investors.
Opportunity description
Industry challenge:
CropScanAg has identified that a major issue for grain farmers is to "Close the Yield Gap" between the potential yield and the actual yield through Variable Rate Nitrogen Fertilization (VRF) applications. If the world is to increase food production by 50% in the next 30 years, then the output for grain and oil seed crops must increase by 50%. With little arable land left uncultivated around the world, then technology is going to be the major driver for the increase in yield.
CropScanAg has developed and proven the only on combine NIR grain analyser available in the world that measures Protein, Oil and Moisture in ceral grains, pulses and oil seeds. We have also developed the N-GAUGE suite of mobile apps to enable farmers to collect, process and deliver the crop performance data in real-time on their smart devices. Our technology captures the complete set of field data layers required to develop accurate and reliable VRF Prescriptions for farmers and delivers the Prescription Maps directly to their smart devices. We are looking for investment to help drive the uptake of this world leading technology.
Current opportunity:
Next Instruments (trading at CropScanAg) is seeking engagement from farm machinery manufacturers and distribution businesses interested in equity investment and/or strategic partnerships locally and globally.
Other applications: CropScanAg has a range of analysers for the agriculture and food industries, including NIR analysers, Seed Image Analyser and Enzymatic Digestion Analysis System.
