Preliminary evaluation of electro stunning technology for farmed Barramundi

The use of humane harvest methods for fish and livestock is increasingly important to consumers and producers. This project reviewed all available information and made recommendations to help shape the direction of future R&D into electro-stunning and its suitability for the barramundi industry.
